Ingredients

Step 1 : roast the cashews

Toss the cashews with coconut oil and sea salt then roast in the oven until golden.

Step 2 : prepare the vanilla bean

Extract the vanilla bean seeds from the vanilla bean with the back of a spoon.

Step 3 : blend

Place the cashews and vanilla bean seeds in a food processor and blend until creamy.

Pour the nut butter into a jar and enjoy!
