- ½ cup dark chocolate chips or chopped bar
- 1 ½ cup nut milk of choice
- 2 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon espresso
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 cups ice
- optional toppings coconut whipped cream, chopped chocolate, cayenne pepper
Melt the chocolate in a skillet until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the nut milk and coconut sugar; stir until well blended. Add the cacao powder, vanilla, espresso, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and sea salt and continue to stir until no clumps remain.
½ cup dark chocolate, 1 ½ cup nut milk of choice, 2 tablespoon coconut sugar, 2 tablespoon cacao powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon espresso, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper, ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Transfer the chocolate mixture to a bowl and place in fridge for about 10 minutes until cool.
In a blender, blend the cooled chocolate mixture and ice until creamy.
2 cups ice
Pour into glasses and top with coconut whipped cream, additional chopped chocolate, and cayenne pepper, if desired.
