Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Place the peeled shrimp in a mixing bowl and add the spices over top. Mix well til the shrimp are well coated.

  • Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium heat. Once the oil starts to shimmer add the shrimp. The shrimp will cook quickly so be sure to watch it closely. Depending on the size of your shrimp, allow them to cook for 2 - 3 minutes on each side until they’re pink all over.

Notes

Storage : Transfer leftover shrimp to an airtight container, and store in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months. To serve, thaw in the fridge overnight, and reheat in a skillet over medium heat.
