Creamy Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Creamy, chocolatey, and unbelievably smooth — this avocado mousse is a decadent dessert with a nourishing twist. You’d never guess it’s both gluten-free and dairy-free!

  • Blend. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until well combined.
    1 large avocado, ¼ cup cocoa powder, ⅓ cup maple syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla, ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • Test. Taste test it and add more maple syrup if you prefer it a little more sweet.
  • Chill. Transfer the mousse to an airtight container and chill it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Storing : Store the mousse in air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
