Frozen Yogurt Popsicles

With 25 grams of protein in each, these protein popsicles take snack time to the next level! They're deliciously creamy with endless flavor possibilities and pack a nutritious punch.

Ingredients

Base ingredients

  • cup greek yogurt I use 5% but 2% or 0% works too
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup or honey or agave

Chocolate Chocolate Chip

Orange Creamsicle

  • 3 tablespoon vanilla protein powder omit if needed
  • 2 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • teaspoon almond extract
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips

Chocolate Peanut Butter

  • 3 tablespoon chocolate protein powder or use cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Vanilla Blueberry

  • 3 tablespoon vanilla protein powder omit if needed
  • cup blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Cookies and Cream

  • 3 tablespoon vanilla protein powder omit if needed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chocolate cookies crushed up

Instructions

  • In separate bowls whisk together the ingredients for a flavor of popsicle. You can also use the same bowl if you wash it after each flavor.
    ⅔ cup greek yogurt, 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Use a spoon for fill up two slots of the popsicle mold with each flavor. Place the lid on the mold and insert popsicle sticks into each one. Transfer the mold to the freeze and allow the popsicles to set for at least 5 hours.
  • Once the popsicles are set, remove from the mold and enjoy!
