- 1 apple honey crisp, pink lady, or granny smith are best
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoon Let's Do Organic Coconut Flour
- 2 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 3 tablespoon vegan butter melted (sub. coconut oil)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream to top (optional)

Preheat oven to 350. Slice the apple into small slivers and line two ramekins with the apples, stacking them on top of each other; set aside.

In a mixing bowl, add the rolled oats, Let's Do Organic Coconut Flour, coconut sugar, melted vegan butter, and cinnamon. Stir to coat the oats.

Sprinkle the oat mixture on top of the apples and bake in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes until the oat crumble turns golden brown.
