- 2 lbs sweet potatoes 2 - 3 large potatoes, washed and cut into ½ inch cubes
- 2 tablespoon avocado oil
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Preheat oven to 425 F. While the oven is preheating, wash and cut the sweet potatoes if you haven’t already (peel the skins first if desired) into ½ inch cubes.
2 lbs sweet potatoes
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up. Transfer the sweet potatoes to the baking sheet.
Pour the avocado oil over top and gently toss well to coat. Then sprinkle sea salt, garlic powder, paprika, cinnamon, and black pepper over top and toss well again. Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes evenly on the baking sheet, leaving some space in between each one.

Bake in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes until potatoes are fork tender and crispy on the edges. Serve warm and enjoy!
