Yogurt Fruit Dip

This yogurt fruit dip only requires three simple main ingredients and is so delicious you'll want to whip it up over and over again! It's perfect for a quick protein packed snack and pairs great with fresh juicy apple slices, strawberries or even bananas.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt use dairy-free yogurt if desired
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or nut or seed butter of choice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 apple or other fruit

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, almond butter, vanilla, and sea salt until fully incorporated.

  • Cut apple into thin slices, dip straight into the yogurt mixture, and enjoy!

Notes

Storing : Keep the yogurt in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. When ready to serve, give the mixture a few big swirls with a spoon and enjoy.
