Frozen Whipped Coconut Lemonade
This frozen coconut lemonade is creamy and ridiculously refreshing—basically summer in slushy form. It’s sweet, tangy, and totally slurpable on those hot sticky days when you need a little frozen treat.

Creamy Frozen Coconut Lemonade
When the temps start pushing 90, I want something cool, creamy, and just sweet enough to make me forget I’m melting. On one seriously hot afternoon, I started craving that zingy, refreshing magic of Brazilian lemonade—yep, the one that’s actually made with limes 🤔. This coconutty version is my personal spin, and it is summer bliss. The creamy coconut mellows the citrus just right, and once it’s blended with ice? You’ve got a frosty, slushie-like sip that’s pure sunshine. I’ve made it for brunch, for friends, for absolutely no reason—and it never misses.
Frozen Lemonade Ingredients
- Lemons - Freshly squeezed is the way to go for that bold, zesty flavor. Pick lemons that are vibrant yellow and have a slight give when squeezed—juicier lemons = better lemonade!
- Coconut milk – This is the secret to that creamy, dreamy flavor. It adds just a hint of coconut to smooth out the tart lemon without stealing the spotlight.
- Agave - Naturally sweetens the drink. Maple syrup or honey can be substituted if needed.
How to Make THE BEST Frozen Lemonade
Toss everything into a high-speed blender and let it whirl until smooth and frosty. You might need to pause and scrape down the sides once or twice, but after a minute or two, you’ll have something that looks—and sips—like a delish frozen piña colada.
Fun Flavor Variations 💃🏼
- Fruity twist - Toss in some fresh or frozen strawberries, peaches, blueberries, or mango. So juicy, so colorful, sooo summery.
- Flavor - Splash in a bit of cherry juice, guava nectar, or even hibiscus tea for a fresh twist that tastes like vacation.
- Extra sweet - Feeling indulgent? Sweetened condensed coconut milk is your best friend. Creamy, dreamy, dessert-in-a-glass vibes.
- Make it boozy - Let’s be real—this could totally be a cocktail. Add a little rum, tequila, Aperol, or Campari and you’ve got yourself a breezy frozen drink hour.
